Medinglobal Website Policy  |  Last Updated: September 2026

1. Legal Structure

For these website policies, “Medinglobal Platform” means the Medinglobal-branded website and healthcare information, facilitation and coordination platform operated by Teji Radiance, a proprietorship concern. Teji Radiance owns the Medinglobal brand/trademark and associated domain, subject to the scope of rights and registrations actually held. “Medinglobal Partnership Firm” means the separate partnership firm that undertakes diagnostic sample collection-centre activities and maintains diagnostic laboratory arrangements. The authorised use of the Medinglobal name by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm for diagnostic activities does not transfer ownership of the Medinglobal brand, trademark or domain to the partnership firm.

2. Informational Purpose

Website content is provided for general information, service discovery, product identification and enquiry coordination. It should not be treated as medical, pharmaceutical, legal or regulatory advice.

3. Accuracy and Updates

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain useful information, but healthcare information, pharmaceutical information, provider availability, packaging, regulations and services may change. No representation is made that every item will remain complete, current or error-free at all times.

4. Product Images and Descriptions

Medicine/product images are for identification/reference. Actual packaging, artwork, labelling, batch presentation or manufacturer presentation may differ. A medicine listing is not an offer for sale by Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.

5. Pharmaceutical Claims

Medicine content is not intended to make prohibited, false or materially misleading drug-advertising claims. No website statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of cure, prevention, safety, efficacy or therapeutic outcome.

6. Third-Party Information and Marks

Information may originate from manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, hospitals or other providers. Third-party names and marks remain their owners’ property. Inclusion does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

7. Independent Providers

The Platform may coordinate enquiries with independent providers but does not control their independent clinical decisions, professional services or regulated activities.

8. External Websites

Links to third-party websites may be provided for convenience. The Platform does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes

No guarantee is made regarding medical outcomes, laboratory results, provider acceptance, medicine availability, customs clearance, visa approval, service availability or uninterrupted website operation.

10. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory rights available under applicable law.

Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
