Third-Party Provider & Facilitation Policy
Medinglobal Website Policy | Last Updated: September 2026
1. Legal Structure
For these website policies, “Medinglobal Platform” means the Medinglobal-branded website and healthcare information, facilitation and coordination platform operated by Teji Radiance, a proprietorship concern. Teji Radiance owns the Medinglobal brand/trademark and associated domain, subject to the scope of rights and registrations actually held. “Medinglobal Partnership Firm” means the separate partnership firm that undertakes diagnostic sample collection-centre activities and maintains diagnostic laboratory arrangements. The authorised use of the Medinglobal name by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm for diagnostic activities does not transfer ownership of the Medinglobal brand, trademark or domain to the partnership firm.
2. Independent Provider Network
Teji Radiance may coordinate non-diagnostic healthcare and pharmaceutical enquiries with independent suppliers and service providers, including pharmaceutical providers, hospitals, doctors, home-healthcare agencies, HBOT centres, wellness providers and logistics companies. Diagnostic laboratory arrangements for the collection-centre business are maintained by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.
3. Provider Responsibility
Each independent provider remains responsible for its own licences, registrations, personnel, professional qualifications, products, clinical services, statutory compliance, invoicing/taxes where applicable, professional conduct and contractual obligations.
4. Due Diligence
Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Partnership Firm, as applicable, may undertake reasonable business-level due diligence. Due diligence or descriptive terms such as “network provider” or “associated provider” do not guarantee every act, product, employee or professional decision of the provider.
5. No Implied Partnership or Agency
Terms such as “partner”, “network provider” or “associated provider” describe a commercial/coordination relationship and do not by themselves create a legal partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or agency unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
6. Commercial Arrangements
Teji Radiance may receive agreed facilitation, coordination or business-support fees from independent providers under applicable arrangements. Such arrangements do not authorise interference with independent clinical judgment and do not make Teji Radiance the seller, dispenser, manufacturer or treating healthcare provider where the underlying activity is undertaken by an independent provider.
7. Provider Selection
Where multiple providers may be relevant, the Platform may assist with information and coordination. The patient/customer remains responsible for deciding whether to proceed, with professional advice obtained where appropriate.
8. Suspension or Discontinuation
Coordination with a provider may be suspended or discontinued where reasonable concerns arise regarding legality, authenticity, patient safety, professional conduct, service quality or compliance.
Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
