Terms of Use & Platform Terms
Medinglobal Website Policy | Last Updated: September 2026
1. Definitions and Legal Structure
For these website policies, “Medinglobal Platform” means the Medinglobal-branded website and healthcare information, facilitation and coordination platform operated by Teji Radiance, a proprietorship concern. Teji Radiance owns the Medinglobal brand/trademark and associated domain, subject to the scope of rights and registrations actually held. “Medinglobal Partnership Firm” means the separate partnership firm that undertakes diagnostic sample collection-centre activities and maintains diagnostic laboratory arrangements. The authorised use of the Medinglobal name by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm for diagnostic activities does not transfer ownership of the Medinglobal brand, trademark or domain to the partnership firm.
2. Nature of the Medinglobal Platform
Except for diagnostic collection-centre activities specifically undertaken by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm, the Medinglobal Platform and non-diagnostic healthcare information, facilitation, coordination and service-related activities are undertaken through Teji Radiance pursuant to its arrangements with independent providers. The applicable contracting or billing entity for a particular service will be identified in the relevant agreement, quotation, invoice, receipt, booking confirmation or other transaction document.
3. No Medical Practice or Online Pharmacy
The Medinglobal Platform does not itself provide medical diagnosis or prescribe treatment and does not operate as an online or e-commerce pharmacy. It does not itself manufacture, stock, sell, dispense or prescribe medicines through the website. Regulated and professional activities are undertaken by the relevant appropriately authorised independent provider, except for the diagnostic collection-centre activities expressly undertaken by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.
4. Independent Providers
Independent providers may include pharmaceutical suppliers, pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, doctors, home-healthcare agencies, HBOT centres, wellness providers, logistics companies and other healthcare businesses. Each provider remains responsible for its own licences, registrations, personnel, statutory obligations, clinical/professional decisions and regulated activities.
5. Pharmaceutical Information and Enquiries
Medicine information is provided for general information, product identification and legitimate enquiry coordination. Display of a medicine does not mean that Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Platform owns, stocks, sells or dispenses that medicine and does not constitute an offer for sale by Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.
6. No Medicine Checkout
The website is not intended to provide unrestricted medicine purchase, cart or checkout functionality. Pharmaceutical pages should use enquiry-based actions such as “Request Availability”, “Submit Medicine Enquiry” or “Enquire Now”.
7. Prescription and Restricted Medicines
Where applicable, a valid prescription may be required before an enquiry is coordinated. The independent pharmaceutical provider remains responsible for prescription verification and lawful supply. The Platform may decline enquiries that appear unlawful, fraudulent, inadequately documented or raise regulatory, authenticity, safety or ethical concerns. Narcotic, psychotropic, controlled or prohibited medicines are not ordinarily coordinated through the general website enquiry channel.
8. Pharmaceutical Advertising and Claims
Medicine listings are intended for factual product identification and legitimate enquiry coordination and are not intended to constitute promotional therapeutic claims. Teji Radiance will not knowingly publish pharmaceutical claims that are prohibited, false or materially misleading under applicable law. Website content must not be used to guarantee cure, prevention, safety, efficacy or a particular therapeutic outcome.
9. Diagnostic Collection-Centre Activities
Diagnostic sample collection-centre operations are undertaken by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm under arrangements with independent diagnostic laboratories. The collection centre may undertake registration, permitted sample collection and sample handover/coordination. Actual analytical testing, quality control, validation and issuance of diagnostic reports are undertaken by the applicable partner laboratory.
10. Commercial Arrangements
Teji Radiance may receive agreed facilitation, coordination or business-support fees from independent service providers pursuant to applicable commercial arrangements. Such arrangements do not make Teji Radiance the seller, dispenser, manufacturer or treating healthcare provider where the underlying regulated or clinical activity is undertaken by an independent provider.
11. Quotations and Provider Terms
The Platform may communicate provider information or quotations. Unless otherwise communicated, a quotation may remain valid for 7 days. Provider pricing, availability, exchange rates, logistics, taxes and regulatory requirements may change. A customer proceeding with an independent provider may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
12. Intellectual Property
The Medinglobal brand/trademark and associated domain are owned by Teji Radiance, subject to the scope of rights and registrations actually held. The Medinglobal Partnership Firm is authorised to use the Medinglobal name for its diagnostic activities. Third-party medicine, laboratory, hospital and manufacturer marks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Consumer Rights and Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or transfers any responsibility that applicable law places directly on Teji Radiance, the Medinglobal Partnership Firm or an independent provider, and nothing waives any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory statutory forums and jurisdiction, disputes concerning the relevant entity’s own activities shall be subject to competent courts in New Delhi, India. Contact: official@medinglobal.com.
Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
