Medinglobal Website Policy  |  Last Updated: September 2026

1. Medinglobal Brand and Platform

Medinglobal is a healthcare brand and digital platform owned and operated by Teji Radiance, a proprietorship concern. Teji Radiance owns the Medinglobal brand/trademark and associated domain, subject to the scope of rights and registrations actually held, and manages the Medinglobal website/platform.

2. Teji Radiance Service Activities

Except for the diagnostic collection-centre business described below, healthcare information, facilitation, coordination and service-related activities offered through the Medinglobal Platform are undertaken through Teji Radiance pursuant to its arrangements/MOUs with appropriate independent providers. This may include home healthcare, HBOT coordination, medical tourism, wellness, corporate/service coordination and pharmaceutical enquiry coordination.

3. Medinglobal Partnership Firm – Diagnostics Only

Diagnostic sample collection-centre operations and diagnostic laboratory arrangements are separately undertaken by Medinglobal, a partnership firm. The partnership firm maintains arrangements/MOUs with independent diagnostic laboratories for its diagnostic collection-centre activities.

4. Diagnostic Testing and Reports

The collection centre may undertake patient registration, appointment coordination, permitted sample collection and sample handover/coordination. Actual analytical testing, laboratory quality control, validation and issuance of diagnostic reports are undertaken by the applicable partner diagnostic laboratory. Laboratory documentation may identify Medinglobal as the collection centre.

5. Brand Use by Partnership Firm

The Medinglobal Partnership Firm may use the Medinglobal name for its authorised diagnostic activities. Such use does not transfer ownership of the Medinglobal brand, trademark, domain or associated intellectual property from Teji Radiance to the partnership firm.

6. Corporate Diagnostic Arrangements

Teji Radiance may separately enter corporate healthcare/service coordination agreements. Where such an agreement uses diagnostic collection-centre services undertaken by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm, the authority, scope, payment flow and responsibilities between the entities should be supported by appropriate written contractual documentation.

7. Pharmaceutical Enquiries

Medicine/pharmaceutical content is for information, identification and enquiry coordination. Teji Radiance and the Medinglobal Partnership Firm do not themselves sell, stock, dispense, manufacture or prescribe medicines through the website. Regulated pharmaceutical supply activity is undertaken by the relevant appropriately authorised independent provider.

8. Independent Healthcare Providers

Independent laboratories, hospitals, doctors, home-healthcare agencies, HBOT centres, pharmaceutical providers and other service providers remain responsible for regulated, professional or clinical activities undertaken by them, including licences, personnel, clinical decisions and statutory obligations.

9. Contracting and Billing Entity

The entity applicable to a particular service or transaction will be identified in the relevant agreement, quotation, invoice, receipt, booking confirmation or other applicable documentation. Payment should be made to the entity identified for that arrangement. Website descriptions do not override a specific written agreement or invoice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Medinglobal brand/trademark, domain and associated intellectual property owned by Teji Radiance remain subject to the scope of rights and registrations actually held. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Contact
