Complaint, Cancellation & Refund Coordination Policy
Medinglobal Website Policy | Last Updated: September 2026
1. Scope
This Policy explains complaint, cancellation and refund handling across the Medinglobal Platform, Teji Radiance’s directly contracted services, the Medinglobal Partnership Firm’s diagnostic collection-centre activities and independent-provider transactions.
2. Direct Provider Transactions
Where payment is made directly to an independent supplier, hospital, laboratory or service provider, cancellation, replacement, return and refund rights are principally governed by that provider’s terms and applicable law.
3. Teji Radiance Direct Contracts
Where Teji Radiance has directly contracted with and invoiced a customer or corporate client for a service, cancellation and refund obligations applicable to Teji Radiance will be determined by the applicable agreement/service terms and law and will not automatically be treated as obligations solely of the underlying provider.
4. Coordination Assistance
Where a genuine issue concerns a provider introduced or coordinated through the Platform, Teji Radiance may assist communication with the provider. This does not automatically transfer the provider’s financial/product/professional liability, nor does it exclude responsibility for Teji Radiance’s own acts or obligations imposed by law.
5. Medicines
Because the Platform does not itself sell/dispense medicines, medicine return, replacement or refund issues are governed by the actual pharmaceutical provider’s policy and applicable law, subject to any statutory rights. Medicines may be subject to restrictions because of storage, integrity, traceability and anti-tampering considerations.
6. Diagnostic Collection Services
The Medinglobal Partnership Firm should address complaints concerning its own collection-centre activity, booking or billing. Analytical testing, validation and report generation remain matters for the partner laboratory responsible for the test, although the partnership firm may assist communication.
7. Home Collection Cancellation
Where a collection resource has already been allocated or dispatched, a communicated home-collection charge may remain payable subject to applicable law and booking terms.
8. Other Healthcare Services
For independent hospitals, doctors, HBOT centres, home-healthcare agencies and other providers, cancellation/refund rights depend on the contracting/payment structure, provider terms and applicable law.
9. Complaint Submission
Complaints may be sent to official@medinglobal.com with the customer/patient name, reference details, applicable entity/provider and supporting documents reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
10. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy restricts statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
