Diagnostic Sample Collection Centre Policy
Medinglobal Website Policy | Last Updated: September 2026
1. Scope and Entity
Diagnostic sample collection-centre operations and diagnostic laboratory arrangements described in this Policy are undertaken by Medinglobal, a partnership firm. Teji Radiance owns/operates the Medinglobal brand and Platform but does not thereby become the diagnostic testing laboratory.
2. Role of Collection Centre
The collection centre may undertake patient registration, appointment coordination, permitted sample collection, home-collection coordination, applicable collection-related billing and sample handover/transport coordination in accordance with its laboratory arrangements.
3. Partner Laboratory Responsibility
Actual analytical testing, methodology, laboratory quality systems, validation and issuance of diagnostic reports are undertaken by the applicable independent partner diagnostic laboratory.
4. Centre Identification
Partner laboratory documentation may identify “Medinglobal” as the collection centre under the applicable arrangement. This denotes the collection-centre relationship and does not mean that Medinglobal independently performs analytical testing.
5. NABL and Accreditation Claims
Any NABL or other accreditation statement must be attributed only to the laboratory/entity to which accreditation or recognition has actually been granted. Where sample collection-centre recognition is claimed, it should be claimed only where the relevant laboratory/centre arrangement is actually covered by the applicable recognition and documentation.
6. Sample Collection, Integrity and Transport
Sample collection, patient identification, labelling, handling, storage and transport should follow the applicable partner laboratory’s documented instructions and quality requirements. Reasonable measures should protect patient safety, privacy and sample integrity through handover to the testing laboratory.
7. Corporate Programmes
Teji Radiance may separately contract with corporate clients for healthcare/service coordination. Where such a programme uses diagnostic collection-centre services of the Medinglobal Partnership Firm, the contractual chain and authority between the entities should be documented and the corporate agreement should identify scope, pricing, invoicing, data handling, report delivery and responsibilities.
8. Payments and Billing
Invoices, receipts, payment instructions and bank/payment trails should accurately identify the entity receiving payment and the service for which payment is received. Where Teji Radiance invoices a corporate client under its own service agreement, its invoice/payment terms should correspond with that agreement; diagnostic collection-centre activities performed by the partnership firm should remain documented consistently with the underlying diagnostic arrangements.
9. Reports and Confidentiality
Diagnostic reports are issued by the applicable partner laboratory. Patient-specific reports are confidential. Employer sponsorship/payment does not by itself constitute unrestricted authority to receive an employee’s medical report. Report sharing with a corporate client should follow the patient’s authorisation and applicable law; aggregated or de-identified reporting may be used where appropriately structured.
10. Interpretation of Results
Laboratory results should be interpreted by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. The collection centre does not independently diagnose a patient from laboratory results.
11. Home Collection and Cancellation
Home collection may be provided subject to location, availability, test requirements and communicated charges. Where a resource has already been allocated or dispatched before cancellation, a communicated collection charge may remain payable, subject to applicable law and booking terms.
12. Privacy and Data Sharing
Relevant information may be shared among the Medinglobal Partnership Firm, Teji Radiance where it is the corporate/service contracting entity, and the partner laboratory only to the extent reasonably necessary for the applicable service and subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Complaints
Collection-centre complaints may be sent to official@medinglobal.com. Matters concerning analytical testing, validation or laboratory report generation may need to be referred to the partner laboratory responsible for the test.
Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
