Pharmaceutical Information & Medicine Enquiry Policy

Pharmaceutical Information & Medicine Enquiry Policy

Medinglobal Website Policy  |  Last Updated: September 2026

1. Scope

This Policy applies to pharmaceutical content and medicine enquiries submitted through the Medinglobal Platform operated by Teji Radiance. Teji Radiance and the Medinglobal Partnership Firm do not themselves manufacture, stock, sell, dispense or prescribe medicines through www.medinglobal.com.

2. Informational Catalogue

Medicine names, generic names, compositions, strengths, manufacturers, pack information and images are displayed for general information, identification and enquiry coordination. A listing is not an offer for sale, recommendation, confirmation of stock or guarantee of lawful availability.

3. Prescription Medicines

Prescription medicines should be used only under the advice and supervision of an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Where applicable, a valid prescription must be provided before an enquiry can be appropriately coordinated. The independent pharmaceutical provider remains responsible for verification and lawful supply.

4. No Self-Medication

Website information must not be used to diagnose a condition or to start, stop, substitute or change the dose of a prescription medicine. The Platform does not determine medicine selection, dosage, treatment duration, contraindications, interactions or therapeutic substitution.

5. Pharmaceutical Advertising

Medicine pages are intended for factual identification and enquiry coordination, not prohibited or misleading promotion. No medicine page should knowingly contain a false impression, false claim or materially misleading claim concerning a drug, or a prohibited disease/treatment advertisement under applicable law.

6. Product Information and Images

Actual packaging, labelling, manufacturer presentation, batch details and availability may change. Users should rely on the actual product label, approved product information and qualified medical/pharmacy advice.

7. Provider Due Diligence

Teji Radiance may undertake reasonable business-level due diligence and seeks to coordinate with legitimate and appropriately authorised pharmaceutical providers. This does not mean that Teji Radiance independently manufactures, tests, certifies or guarantees medicines.

8. Restricted Products

The Platform does not ordinarily coordinate narcotic, psychotropic, controlled or prohibited medicines through its general enquiry process. Enquiries may be declined where documentation is insufficient, destination restrictions apply, or regulatory, authenticity, ethical or patient-safety concerns arise.

9. Independent Provider Fulfilment

If an enquiry progresses into a transaction, the independent provider remains responsible for sale/supply, dispensing, invoicing, storage, record keeping, export documentation and licensing requirements applicable to it. Enquiry coordination does not make Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Partnership Firm the pharmaceutical seller.

10. International Enquiries

Destination-country laws may restrict import, possession or use of medicines. The patient/customer and independent provider remain responsible for requirements applicable to their respective roles. Teji Radiance may assist communication and documentation coordination but does not guarantee customs or regulatory clearance.

11. Adverse Events and Product Concerns

A suspected adverse reaction should be promptly discussed with the prescribing/treating healthcare professional, with urgent medical attention sought where necessary. Product-quality concerns should be directed to the actual supplier/manufacturer and may also be communicated to the Platform for coordination.

12. Medicine-Page Disclaimer

Each medicine page should display the short Pharmaceutical Disclaimer approved for the website and should use enquiry-based calls to action rather than unrestricted medicine purchase or checkout functionality.

Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
