Medical Disclaimer
Medinglobal Website Policy | Last Updated: September 2026
1. General Disclaimer
Information available through the Medinglobal Platform is for general informational, educational and healthcare-coordination purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace examination, diagnosis, prescription or treatment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, sending a prescription or medical report, or communicating with Platform representatives does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship with Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.
3. Medicines
Medicine information is for identification and enquiry coordination. The Platform does not recommend a medicine, dose, treatment duration or therapeutic substitution.
4. Diagnostic Services
Diagnostic sample collection-centre activities are undertaken by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm under arrangements with independent diagnostic laboratories. Patient registration, permitted sample collection and related collection-centre coordination may be undertaken by the collection centre. Laboratory testing, analytical methodology, quality control, validation and issuance of the diagnostic report are undertaken by the applicable partner diagnostic laboratory. Where laboratory documentation identifies “Center Name – Medinglobal”, that description identifies the collection centre and does not mean the partnership firm independently performs laboratory analysis.
5. Accreditation
Any NABL or other accreditation claim belongs only to the laboratory/entity to which it has actually been granted. The Medinglobal Partnership Firm or Teji Radiance should not present a partner laboratory’s accreditation as their own unless separately and factually entitled to do so.
6. HBOT
The Medinglobal Platform may coordinate access to independent HBOT providers. Clinical assessment, indication, contraindication, protocol, pressure, duration, oxygen exposure and supervision remain the responsibility of the treating/operating provider.
7. Home Healthcare
The Platform may coordinate home-healthcare requirements with independent providers. The provider remains responsible for personnel, credentials, scope of care and services delivered.
8. Medical Tourism
The Platform may facilitate communication with independent hospitals, doctors and supporting providers. Final diagnosis, treatment selection, informed consent, clinical decisions and outcomes remain between the patient and treating healthcare professionals.
9. Ayurveda, Supplements and Wellness
Ayurvedic, supplement and wellness information should not be interpreted as a guarantee of safety, suitability or outcome. Appropriate professional advice should be obtained where relevant.
10. Emergencies
The Medinglobal Platform is not an emergency medical service. Medical emergencies or severe/rapidly worsening symptoms require immediate appropriate emergency care.
Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
