Enquiry, Quotation & Fulfilment Coordination Policy

Enquiry, Quotation & Fulfilment Coordination Policy

Medinglobal Website Policy  |  Last Updated: September 2026

1. Platform and Entity

Non-diagnostic enquiries through the Medinglobal Platform are generally coordinated by Teji Radiance. Diagnostic collection-centre services are separately undertaken by the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.

2. Enquiry Process

A patient/customer may submit a healthcare or pharmaceutical requirement. Teji Radiance may review non-diagnostic requests and communicate with appropriate independent providers. Submission is not an accepted order, medical consultation or guarantee of service.

3. Provider Information and Quotations

The Platform may communicate provider information, availability or quotations. Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be valid for 7 days and remain subject to provider confirmation and applicable conditions.

4. Pharmaceutical Fulfilment

Where a pharmaceutical enquiry progresses into a transaction, actual sale/supply, dispensing, invoicing, storage and regulated documentation are undertaken by the appropriate independent pharmaceutical provider according to applicable law.

5. Logistics Coordination

Teji Radiance may assist communications among the customer, provider and logistics company. Delivery/transit estimates are not guarantees.

6. International Enquiries

Customs, import permits, prescriptions, duties, taxes and destination-country requirements may apply. The customer and provider remain responsible for requirements applicable to their respective roles.

7. No Transfer of Provider Obligations

Coordination of an enquiry, quotation, communication or logistics does not transfer an independent provider’s statutory, contractual, clinical or product obligations to Teji Radiance or the Medinglobal Partnership Firm.

Publication note: This policy is drafted around the stated operating model. Actual website workflows, contracts, MOUs, licences/authorisations, invoices, payment flows, privacy practices and provider arrangements must remain consistent with the policy and applicable law.
