Medinglobal Website Policy | Last Updated: September 2026
1. Who Handles Your Information
For website enquiries and non-diagnostic service coordination, Teji Radiance generally handles information submitted through the Medinglobal Platform. For diagnostic collection-centre services, the Medinglobal Partnership Firm and the applicable partner diagnostic laboratory may process information necessary for registration, sample collection, testing coordination, reporting and billing according to their respective roles. Where Teji Radiance contracts a corporate programme, it may process information necessary for that contractual/coordination role.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on the request, information may include name, contact/WhatsApp number, email, country/location, address where relevant, patient details, medicine requirements, prescriptions, medical reports, diagnostic requirements, healthcare-service requirements, hospital/treatment requirements, passport/visa information for medical-tourism coordination, payment/billing information where applicable, enquiry history and communications. Technical information may include IP address, browser/device data, cookies and analytics/advertising identifiers.
3. Purposes
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, identify appropriate providers, coordinate communications, obtain provider information/quotations, facilitate pharmaceutical enquiries, coordinate diagnostic collection, arrange healthcare appointments, support medical-tourism requirements, provide customer support, administer billing/contracts, maintain appropriate legal/compliance records, prevent fraud/misuse and improve the website/services.
4. Prescriptions and Health Information
Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service. Relevant prescriptions, reports or health information may be shared with an appropriate provider only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate, coordinate or deliver the requested service.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared with the applicable contracting entity, collection centre, pharmaceutical provider, diagnostic laboratory, hospital, doctor, home-healthcare provider, HBOT centre, logistics provider, IT/CRM/communication provider, professional adviser or authority where reasonably necessary or legally required. Independent providers may have their own legal obligations and privacy practices.
6. Consent and Notice
Where consent is relied upon, it should be specific and informed for the relevant purpose. The website/forms should provide clear notice of the information sought and the purpose for which it is requested. Withdrawal of consent may affect a service that requires the relevant information.
7. Enquiry-Form Consent
Recommended wording: “I voluntarily provide the information submitted with this enquiry and authorise the Medinglobal Platform and, where reasonably necessary, the applicable service entity to use and share relevant information with an appropriate independent healthcare/pharmaceutical provider for the purpose of responding to and coordinating my request. I have read the Privacy Policy.”
8. Corporate Diagnostic Confidentiality
Patient-specific diagnostic reports should be treated as confidential. Where an employer sponsors testing, patient reports should be disclosed to the employer only where appropriately authorised or otherwise permitted/required by law. Aggregated or de-identified programme reporting may be used where appropriate and lawfully structured.
9. Marketing
Marketing consent should be separate from consent necessary to respond to a healthcare enquiry. Prescriptions and medical reports should not be used for advertising profiling merely because they were submitted for a service enquiry. Promotional communications should provide an appropriate means to opt out.
10. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
The website may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta technologies, CRM systems, email and WhatsApp where implemented. Non-essential tracking should be controlled through an appropriate consent mechanism where required.
11. Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards should be maintained appropriate to the nature of information processed. Access to health information should be limited to personnel/providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Internal procedures should address suspected personal-data breaches, containment, assessment, documentation and legally required notifications.
12. Service Providers and Data Processors
Contracts with material technology, CRM, communication or data-processing vendors should address confidentiality, security, permitted processing and return/deletion or retention of information as appropriate to the service and applicable law.
13. Retention
Information should be retained only for the period reasonably necessary for the relevant service and applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, complaint or dispute requirements. Operational retention schedules should be documented internally for major categories such as enquiries, prescriptions/reports, diagnostic records, invoices and marketing data rather than retaining information indefinitely.
14. International Processing
International enquiries may require processing in India or sharing with providers in other countries. Applicable legal requirements for international transfers should be followed where relevant.
15. Rights and Grievances
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion where legally available and exercise other applicable data rights. Requests and grievances may be sent to official@medinglobal.com. Identity verification may be required. The relevant entity should maintain an internal process for receiving, tracking and responding to privacy grievances.
16. Children
Minors should not independently submit prescription-medicine or healthcare-service requests. Where information concerning a minor is legitimately required, it should be provided by or with the involvement of a parent, guardian or other authorised adult and handled in accordance with applicable law.
17. Contact
Privacy and grievance contact: official@medinglobal.com. Malviya Nagar, New Delhi – 110017, India.
